- Was a member of Haghpat-Sanahin congregation.

- His works played an important role in developing armenian theological views and in commentary literature,were used as textbooks in catechisms and monastic schools.
- «Հակաճառութիւն ընդդէմ երկաբնակաց» work(made up of 14 speeches) he composed by Peter A Getadardz's order and finished in the times of Khachik B Anetsi.
- His «Հակաճառութիւն ընդդէմ երկաբնակաց» work not only attaches theological but also source-researching importance.
- He composed Paul apostle's 14 papers' commentary in 1055,(«Մեկնութիւն չորեքտասան թղթոցն Պօղոսի առաքելոյն»), later «Մեկնութիւն Մատթէի» and other works.
- Also wrote speech-writing and eulogycal works.
