Biography
Was born on 24 September,1940 in Baku,Azerbaijan .
Education
- In 1967 finished Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute (MIFI or MEPhI).
Work activity
- In 1985 worked in a Radiophysics and Electronics Institute of National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia as a head of deparment.
Achievements
- In 1987 was a Doctor of Sciences of Physics and mathematics .
