Was born on July 20 , 1934 in [[Dilijan]], [[Tavush region]] , Republic of Armenia.

*In 1956 graduated from Agricultural Institute of Armenia.

*1972- 1977 was The Director of SPO “Armenian agricultural mechanization".
*1977 was The Chief Director at the same company.
*1983-1990 was The Chief designer of Rocky mountain and land farming sales , USSR.
*1990-2002 was The Deputy Director of the Chamber of Commerce, Republic of Armenia.

*In 1972 became The Doctor of Technical Sciences.
*In 1976 became Professor.
*In 1982 was The Corresponding member of NAS(National Academy of Sciences).
*In 1996 was an Acacdemicion in NAS ,Armenia.
