Was born on October 11, 1785 in Astrakhan, Russia.

Education

Since 1803-Chernigovyan Infantry Regiment .
1806-1807 participated in the Franco-Russian War.
1806-1812 participated in the Russo-Turkish War.
In 1812 before The Great Patriotic War, passed to the 20th Yegeryan Regiment,in which she took part in the war (Smolensk, Borodin, Tarutin and Maloyaroslavets battles).
Receiving the rank of a colonel for the Lyutsenyan battle, accompanied the allied armies to Paris, and remained abroad after the war as the duty headquarters-officer in the Russian Army Corps.
1813-1814 participated in the foreign invasions by the Russian army.
Returning to Russia in 1820, on February 19, received the rank of major-general and appointed commander of the 17th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade, but was discharged on December 8 in the same year.

In 1826, developing the project of military rules, he showed it to the Chief headquarters head of the Emperor, Baron Dibich. Dibich decides to apply to a specialist of preparation and publication of laws M. M. Speranski advice and help, who considered Akhsharumov's suggestion quite reasonable and useful and agreed to be the head of his work.
On July 5, in 1827 Akhsharumov was registered for doing the works of the military rules in the Emperor's General Headquarters.
On December 31, in 1827 Speranski received the first report of Akhsharumov's works.
Since March, 1828 the works continued fully.Then every month Akhsharumov submited reports to Speranski.
In 1830 on February 2, Speranski presented the first part of the charter to the Emperor.
The further works were given to the special Committee. Akhsharumov and Speranski were in the committee.
In 1830 the 2nd section of the Military Rules was published, and in 1932, the 3rd and 4th place were published.
In 1835 compiled the whole Military Rules, which Speranski represented the Emperor.
Unfortunately, Akhsharumov didn't see the final edition of the Military Rules.
