Was born on December 27, 1955 in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

Education

  • In 1980 graduated from Yerevan Medical Institute.

Work activity

  • 1980-1986 doctor-rongenologist in Leninakan (Today's Gyumri).
  • 1986-1989 doctor-rongenologist at the Central Hospital for Correctional Work of the MIA (Ministry of Internal Affairs) of the Republic of Armenia.
  • 1989-2000 deputy of the head of the hospital, chairman of the military medical commission of the MIA (Ministry of Internal Affairs) RA .
  • 2000-2005 head of the Military Medical Department of the RA Ministry of Defense.
