Was born on November 8, 1994 in Samara, Russia.
Education
- In 1955 graduated from Saint Petersburg University.
Work activity
- 1961-1964 and 1966-1970 worked in Institute of Botany, National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.
- 1964-1966, scientific secretary of the biological department.
- 1970-1994, botany department head, Armenian State Pedagogical University.
Achievements
- In 1969, doctor of biological sciences.
- In 1972, professor.

- Son of Aghababyan Shavarsh, husband of Gabrielyan Eleonora.
- Works relate to the questions of plants' pollen and forms of spores, structure and development, plants' morphology and systematics.
