Was born on August 12,1931 in the village of Qert,Martuni region,Artsakh.
Education
- In 1954 graduated from the pedagogical institute of Baku.
- In 1975 he asserted his dissertation in The National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia,Institute of History.
Work activity
- Lecturer at ԵՖԿՊԻ since 1975.
- In 1991-1996 president of Compatriotic Union "Varanda".
