Was born on November 12, 1939 in Moscow, Russia.
Education
- In 1962 graduated from the Moscow Medical Stomatological Institute.
Work activity
- In 1988 worked as a deputy of the director of "Stomatology" All-Union Scientific-Production Association.
- In 1970 -scientist of Moscow dentists All-Union scientific organizations.
- In 1982- worked as a secretary.
- In 1992- chairman of the editorial board of the Russian newspaper "Journal of Stomatology".
- In 1995- member of the International Academy of Informatization.
- In 1997- member of the New York Academy of Sciences.
Achievements
- In 1980 became a Doctor of Medical Sciences.
- In 1994 became a Professor of Medical Sciences.
- In 1995 Honored doctor of the Russian Federation.
Other
- Developed medical-economic and legal mechanisms of dental service management during the transition of market relations in the health care system.
