Was born on January 6, 1933 in Yerevan, Armenia.

- In 1933 graduated from Yerevan Medical Institute, medical-prophylactic faculty.

- From 1951 to 1962 - Senior obstetrician-gynecologist in Yerevan.
- From 1962 to 1980 - Methodical Department Head in Yerevan Institute of Doctors Improvement.
- From 1980 to 1982 - Methodical Department Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology Institute.

- In 1962 - Doctor of Medical Sciences.
- In 1963 - Professor of Medical Sciences.
