Biography
Was born on November 29, 1935 in Goris, Armenia.
Education
- In 1958 graduated from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.
Work activity
- In 1977-93 as a deputy director at Yerevan's mathematical machines' research institute.
- In 1933 worked as a director at automatic control systems' research institute.
- In 1985-95 was the Head of Department at Yerevan Polytechnic Institute's Industrial Electronics .
Achievements
- In 1979 - Doctor of Technical Sciences.
- In 1983 - Professor of Technical Sciences.
- In 1986 - Academician at Armenian National Academy of Sciences.
- In 1983 - Associate Member.
- In 1976 - State Award of Armenia.
- In 1981 - The Lenin Prize.
Other
- The works are related to e-scheme, multi-tasking and automated control systems with special purposes, the basics of the theory of technics' modern methods' design
- In 1970-76 created a specialized computing complex, "Sevan" multiprocessor computing (1984-89), 65 С 643 special purpose control and 83 т 50 (1970-91) systems, the automatic control (1998-2005) systems of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
