Was born on June 8, 1930 in Akhaltsikhe, Georgia.

Education

In 1965-75 was an employee of Cardiology the Institute of Cardiac Surgery.
In 1974-95 was the president of the scientific company of Anesthesiology and Reanimatogy of Armenia.
In 1975-96 was the head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimatogy of YMI.
Since 1975 has been the chief anesthesiologist-reanimatologist at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
Since 1999 has been the chief anesthesiologist-reanimatologist at the Ministry of Defense of the RA.

In 1964 became a candidate of doctoral sciences.
In 1998 became a member of the natural Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation.
In 1999 became a professor.
In 1999 became a member and the vice-president of the International Academy of Sciences about nature and society.
In 1999 "Ivan Pavlov" silver medal.
In 1999 received "Einstein" silver order.
In 2001 received a golden medal of YSMU.
In 2002 received "Khrlikh" medal.
Is a colonel of the medical service.

Is the brother of Anjelyan Boris and Anjelyan Vladimir.
At his initiative, resuscitation services were organized in the Republic of Armenia, as well as centers for the treatment of hypertensive oxygenation and external poisoning. Was the first to have carried out the ways of the treatment through blood transfusion, liquid transfusion, plasmopherosis and ultraviolet radiation.
Is the author of educational manuals of Anesthesiology and Reanimatogy.
