Biography
Was born on April 27, 1922 in the city of Constantinople, Turkey.
Education
- Studied philosophy and theology at Grigoryan university in Rome.
Work activity
- Since 1964 was the representative of Mekhitarists to Vatican.
Achievements
- In 1943- member of Mekhitarist Order of Venice.
- In 1960- priest.
- In 1970- abbot.
Other
- His scientific reasearches refer to different historio-philological questions.
- Due to Poghos Ananyan's hard work were published Koryun's "The Life of Mashtots"(1998) and "Speech"(1995) of Zacharias I of Armenia.
