Biography
Was born on April 3, 1938 in Yerevan, Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic.
Education
- In 1960 graduated from Yerevan State University.
Work activity
- Since 1969 worked as leading scientific researcher, group leader at institution of literature of National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.
- Since 1999 simultaneously lectured at Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography.
Achievements
- In 1994- Doctor of philological sciences.
- In 1999- Professor.
Other
- Daughter of Vakhtang Ananyan.
- Her studies refer to 19th century's prose of Western Armenia and to the problems of Contemporary Armenian Literature.
- Prepared the publication of Vakhtang Ananyan's "Collection of works" (in Armenian-«Երկերի ժողովածուն»).
- She was one of the compilers of the book "Bibliography of the history of Armenian critical mind (1794-1920)" (in Armenian).
