Biography

Was born on September 21, 1924 in the capital of Georgia, Tiflis (Tbilisi).

Education

1970-1974 worked as the deputy of the construction minister in Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic.
1974-1979 was the secretary of the presidency of the Union of architects of Armenia.
1985-1992 was the deputy of the president of the Union of architects of Armenia.
1986-1990 was the deputy of Yerevan's Chief Architect.
