Was born on December 3, 1819 in Moscow, Russia. Died on August 18, 1893 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
Education
- In 1839 graduated Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum.
- In 1840s attended lectures in Petersburg university, explored art at the Academy of Art.
Work activity
- In 1839 served at the office of Military Minister and he was discharged in 1845.
Achievements
- Member at the Association of Petersburgian Chess Lovers.
Other
- He was Dmitri Akhsharumov's son and Dmitri Akhsharumov's brother.
- He was a chess player.
- He was an advocate of "Art for Art" theory.
- He had a press where he published stories and stories which were common due to their melodramatic plots.
