Biography
Was born on July 4, 1825 in Constantinople, Turkey.
Education
- Studied at Nersesian School in Constantinople.
- Studied at the Grinon High School in Paris.
Work activity
- From 1848 was a pedagogue in Constantinople.
- Was a trustee of Nersesian School in Constantinople.
- Was a national delegate.
- In September 1860 was one of the founders of Armenian Charity Company.
- In 1860 participated in the development of Western Armenian National Constitution.
- Was the head of the Turkey's posarrography department.
- In 1867 was appointed as a minister of public buildings in Turkey.
Achievements
- In 1853, member of Partisan Imperial Company in France.
- In 1859, correspondent of Torino (Italy) agricultural academy.
