Was a headmister at NAS RA psychological laboratory of issues in 1984-1989.
Was a people's deputy of USSR in 1989-1991.
Was the chief specialist of Russian Federation's constitutonal commision in 1991-1993.
Was the president's substitude of Central Elective Commision of Russian Federation, simultaneously the undertaker and respondent secretary of the state optimering plan in 1993-1997.
Has been the president at the imagemaker center connected to the state academies of Russian Federation social services since 1997.
Was a scietific counsellor to the presidential elections of the Republic of Armenia in 1998-2001.

Was a professor of psychological sciences in 1994.
Professor in 1996.
A member at stress preventing international center of Russian Federation medical sciences academy.
A counsellor of charity foundation after K.S. Stanislavski
A member of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation.

Took part in Clinton's,Kuchma's,Yeltsin's presidential elections as a counsellor.
