In 1050s gaining credence in the Byzantine Empire was appointed as a ruler of the regions of Cilicia full of Armenians.
Since 1071 was the ruler of Pilartos Varazhnuni's government dependent on the state.

Achievements

He is lord Hasan's son and Khul Khachik's grandchild.
He has sustained in-low relationship with Gagik I who has been exiled to Cappadocia.
In 1021 with Seneqerim-Hovhannes migrated from Vaspurakan to Sebastia,then moved to Constantinople.
In 1073 presented Lambron as a hereditary estate to the lord Oshin the forefather of the Oshinyans who migrated from Gabdzak to Cilica conjoining his daughter with him.
Ablgharib Artcruni has had ruling rights in Cilicia,patronized the Armenians and actually created prerequisites to establish Armenian state there.As a result of the Battle of Manzikert Ablgharib Artcruni became independent.But his state didn't survive for a long time.In 1081-1082 his state was conquered by Seljuk Empire.
Was buried in the fortress of Paperon in Cilicia Trachea.
