Biography
Was born on February 4, 1907 in Mary, Uzbekistan.
Education
- In 1931 graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Tashkent.
Work activity
- Since 1951 worked at the Polytechnic Institute of Tashkent as the Head of Department of Hydrotechnical Buildings.
Achievements
- In 1957 became an honorable worker of Sciences and Technology of Uzbekistan, SSR .
- In 1959 became a doctor of Technological Sciences.
- In 1960 became a professor.

- His works refer to the theory and counting of flows of rivers and canals.
